In1991 AD, having transaction related with buy/sale & exchange with used motorcycle, a proprietorship firm with name “Gandaki Recondition Center” was established which was also the Nepal’s first Recondition Showroom concept. By starting the transaction with used motorcycle, the firm had succeeded its transaction with four wheelers. Continuing it’s process, in1995 it registered with new firm named “Gandaki Trade House” and started to run with the same business.

In the phase of expansion, it got the authorized regional dealership for Zaling Motorcycles & Daelim Motorcycles (Korea) at 1996, Suzuki Two Wheelers at 1997 and Hulas Motors (Nepal) at 1998. In this way by also getting authorized dealership for Daihatsu Vehicle, the firm created its specific image in the sector of Automobiles. At 2001 AD, the different firms merged under one umbrella, dispensing the name “Himalaya Organization”. Continuing with the process of growth, at 2003 AD, the group entered in the new sector, and started with registered name “Himalaya Invest and Development Co. Pvt. Ltd”. That was the courageous and remarkable entry in Real Estate, Re- Finance and Banking Sector.

The Company got great success with the Real Estate, Re- Finance, Educational and Banking Sector & was able to become the second largest company in real estate business from 2009 AD among western Nepal. At 2006 AD, it expanded with the registered name of “Himalaya Equipment Pvt. Ltd.” The Himalaya Equipment Pvt. Ltd under group of Himalaya Organization deals in Earth Moving Equipment of CASE becoming authorized regional dealer. During the competitive market dealing three years with the product, the company became able to cover near about fifty (50%) percent of market share with these types of product in this region.

After that the group is under process of continuing and expansion till now with renowned name of Force Motors, Ford, UM Motorcycles, Suzuki Two Wheelers, CASE Earth Moving Equipment & Hyundai Heavy Equipments.
